Ms. Hina Khan, a PhD student from Atta ur Rehman School of Applied Biosciences (ASAB) successful in naming the “Best poster” presentation for research work and a cash prize at International Conference on Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (ICONN-2019). Miss Hina is currently working in Molecular immunology lab under the supervision of Dr. Aneela Javed and presented her research work “Annexing Blood-Brain Barrier for Targeted Drug Delivery Designed against Brain Instigated Pathologies”. The aim of ICONN-2019 was to highlight the important developments made in vibrant and multi-disciplinary fields of Nanoscience and Nanomaterials to discuss their potential applications and the challenges associated with their large-scale production and commercialization. This conference drew participants from academia and industry which offered an opportunity to interact with some of the leading National and Foreign experts in the field. Winning awards at these platforms highlights the level of research being conducted at NUST to meet both National and International challenges.
